One-off projects

Full refund within 24 hours of payment if work has not started. Once work begins, refund is proportional to work not yet completed. Requests within 7 days of payment.

Monthly retainers

Cancel with 30 days written notice after the first month. The month of cancellation is billed in full. No partial-month refunds.

Quality disputes

Contact hello@seo-gurus.com within 7 days of delivery if the work does not meet the agreed written scope. We will review and either redo the affected work or issue a partial refund as appropriate.
